Shipping Policy

Processing time
All orders at Fleurig & Fijn are lovingly handcrafted. Processing time is approximately 3 to 7 business days, depending on the product and how busy we are.
Personalized items may take a little longer — I'll always keep you informed about this by email.

Postage costs
Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €5.95 per order.
For orders of €100 or more, shipping is free.

Delivery time
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code.
Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days via PostNL.
Fleurig & Fijn is not responsible for any postal delays, but I am of course happy to help if something goes wrong.

Loss or damage
Did your package arrive damaged or appear to be lost?
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt (or within 7 days of the expected delivery date if the package hasn't arrived) at Hallo@Fleurigenfijn.nl . This way, I can work with you to find a suitable solution.
