General Terms and Conditions

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Fleurig & Fijn. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Products

All Fleurig & Fijn products are handmade. Therefore, each item may vary slightly from the photos on the website. Colors and finishes may vary slightly.

3. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Orders are only processed after payment has been received.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in euros and include VAT. Payments are accepted using the payment methods offered in the webshop.

5. Shipping

Shipping costs are €5.95 per order. Orders over €100 are shipped free of charge. Fleurig & Fijn is not responsible for delivery delays.

6. Delivery time

Because the products are handmade, delivery times may vary. The estimated delivery time is listed with each product.

7. Exchanges and Returns

Because many products are personalized, they cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is an error on our part or a manufacturing defect. Non-personalized products can be returned within 14 days of receipt (see our returns policy for details).

8. Liability

Fleurig & Fijn is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the product or wear and tear during normal use.

9. Personal data

Personal data will only be used to process orders and will not be shared with third parties (see our privacy policy).
