All Fleurig & Fijn products are handmade with love and care. Many items are personalized—with a name, the fabric of a cherished garment, or a unique design just for you. Therefore, personalized products cannot be exchanged or returned.

So always check carefully whether the name, color and other details are correct before placing your order.

Did something go wrong or did your order arrive damaged? Please contact us within 7 days of receipt at Hallo@Fleurigenfijn.nl . We're happy to work with you to find a suitable solution—honestly and with a smile.

You can return non-personalized products within 30 days of receipt, provided that:

• the item is unused and undamaged,

• it is in the original packaging,

• and you have contacted us beforehand.

You will be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs, unless the problem lies with Fleurig & Fijn.
