Are you only buying a ticket?
Then you only pay the shipping costs for the card and it will be sent to you separately by post.

The card and gift voucher will then be sent to you together in one envelope.

The card will then go in the box with your other product.

Our products are lovingly handcrafted. Personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Therefore, always check the name, color and details carefully when ordering.

Did something arrive wrong or damaged? Please contact us within 7 days.

You can return non-personalized products within 30 days (unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, after prior contact). Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless Fleurig & Fijn is at fault.
